We all have those stories “Everything was fine, I was doing great with healthy eating and exercising until X happened”. Yes, stress and negative Emotions often destroy our good intentions and plans.
How many times have you heard yourself to say “I am too stressed right now to think about healthy eating” or “I need some pizza/chocolate/ice cream /etc to feel better”.
Setbacks, busy days and pressing deadlines, problems at work and in relationships, stress and uncomfortable emotions will keep happening in our lives. So wouldn’t it be great to be able to go through those situations without feeling the urge to stuff yourself with food?

- Learn biological, physiological and physiological reasons behind Stress and Emotional Eating.
- Identify specific triggers that drive you to eat when not hungry.
- Start differentiating between real and emotional hunger.
- Learn strategies for easing urges to eat, taking care of the real need behind them and stopping stress- and emotional eating.
This workshops will lead you to truly sustainable change by helping you to get a deep understanding of the “why” of stress- and emotional eating and how to make peace with food and your body.
